How it works

From contract to kick-off, in five clear, practical steps.

  1. Step 01

    Sign the contract and make the initial payment

    Before the search starts, the contract is signed and the first 2 months of the service are paid upfront.

  2. Step 02

    We search and present one candidate

    After the contract and payment, Logic Nearshore sources the right profile and presents one candidate within 48–72 hours.

  3. Step 03

    Hold an initial interview

    Once the candidate is presented, you can run an initial interview during the pre-start period to validate fit and expectations.

  4. Step 04

    Start at least 7 days after contracting

    The developer starts no earlier than 7 days after contracting, and only after at least 5+1 business days from today.

  5. Step 05

    One-week trial period

    During the first trial week, if the profile does not align with the conditions or the feedback received, Logic Nearshore will propose a replacement aligned with the service.

Key service conditions:

  • Minimum contract length: 4 months
  • The first 2 months are prepaid
  • Refund guarantee during the first 15 days, subject to the service conditions
  • Direct hiring of the professional outside the service is not contemplated

What languages do the team members speak?

Native Spanish and professional English. We verify English levels during selection, and you can check for yourself in the interview.

What hours do they work?

They work European hours, or with broad overlap with your working day — whatever you agree with the team. The time difference with Latin America is 4 to 7 hours, not a full day.

How does invoicing work?

Monthly payments in advance, invoiced by Logic Solutions, a Spanish company: EU invoices in euros, with VAT or intra-community exemption depending on your country.

What if someone doesn’t work out?

We replace them. We present a new candidate at no recruitment cost and manage the transition so your project doesn’t stall.

Who is the employer?

We are. Your company signs a services contract with our Spanish company, and we manage the relationship with each professional. You never hire anyone abroad.

How fast can we start?

You receive shortlisted candidates within 48–72 hours. With prompt interviews, a team typically starts one to two weeks after first contact, once the first payment is made.
